4 Peaches, pits removed, juiced and run through a fine mesh sieve (pureeing in a blender and running through a fine mesh sieve will also work)

Instructions
Place the tea leaves in a half gallon mason jar and pour the boiling water over them. Cover and let steep for several hours, or until the tea is cool. Pour the tea through a strainer into a pitcher and discard leaves.
Stir the honey into the tea, adding more or less to taste. Add the lemon juice and peach puree/juice.
Serve over ice.
