Roasted Red Pepper Aioli
- 1 Roasted Red Pepper
- ⅓ C. Mayo
- ½ t. Salt
- ¼ t. Garlic, minced
- 1 T. Olive Oil
- Chop the roasted red pepper into small pieces and place in a small bowl.
- Add the mayo, salt, garlic, and olive oil to the bowl.
- Whisk together until the oil is fully incorporated.
- Keep refrigerated.
